A loud mystery covered in quiet inspiration, Mexico/Nashville-based St. Jules released their first ever EP, 2021’s “Our Road to Fear,” to solid success with songs like “Vapora” and “Let it Burn.”

The dark/heavy brainchild of frontman Julio Saenz, who wrote and recorded most of the album (except drums) with the help of his brother Efren Saenz in the co-production chair. Beautifully mixed and mastered by GRAMMY® award winner Dan Konopka (Ok Go), who also plays Drums on the EP.

The Evolution Music Press’ Lee Callaghan said: “Our Road To Fear” is a delightful debut EP from St. Jules. It couples melodic form with Avant-Garde artistic impressions in a way audiences have not witnessed since the height of the industrial metal movement two decades ago. This five-track EP blends Rock melodies with Alternative and a hint of Blues to create a delightful and repeatable album worthy of many listens. With an underlying heaviness embedded in the groove, the melodic structure of each piece is calculated, deliberate, and carries an ominous presence that attributes to the overall theme of change, uncertainty, and absolution.”
